ReplyDeleteThe case does pose ethical, legal and moral questions. The legal basis of the case is the charge of "Statutory Rape" which is having sex with an underage person. The child's mother was convicted of criminal Statutory Rape of the father who was only 14 years old at the time.
DeleteUnder civil law, the father must pay child support even though he was the victim...an unfair result.
